You deal 18% of your team's damage to champions as ADC. Carries should be closer to 25%. Stay alive in fights by attacking whatever is closest instead of diving for the backline, and finish damage items before defensive ones.
Your main role is only 50% of your games. Each role has different macro; playing one primary and one secondary role gets you a lot more repetitions of the same decisions.
Only 4.5 deaths per game with a 3.7 KDA — you rarely give the enemy free gold. Keep it up, and use that consistency to shot-call objectives.
