You spend 13% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.
Your main role is only 40% of your games. Each role has different macro; playing one primary and one secondary role gets you a lot more repetitions of the same decisions.
