After a loss you win only 20% of the next game, versus 50% after a win. That gap is tilt. Make it a rule: two losses in a row, and the session is over. Your LP will thank you tomorrow.

You take part in 35% of your team's kills; Silver players average 52%. After your first item, look to rotate for dragon, grubs and herald, and keep Teleport for fights rather than for farming.

You spend 22% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.

You place 0.2 control wards per game. Just one per recall denies the enemy jungler information about you and makes objective fights far safer.
