You average 4.6 CS per minute as ADC; Gold players average about 5.8. Every 15 CS is roughly a kill worth of gold. Practise last-hitting under tower, shove the wave before recalling, and catch side waves between fights instead of standing in lane doing nothing.
After a loss you win only 17% of the next game, versus 50% after a win. That gap is tilt. Make it a rule: two losses in a row, and the session is over. Your LP will thank you tomorrow.
You spend 11% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.
You place 0.1 control wards per game. Just one per recall denies the enemy jungler information about you and makes objective fights far safer.
