Losses snowball into more losses
Improve 29% after a lossAfter a loss you win only 29% of the next game, versus 50% after a win. That gap is tilt. Make it a rule: two losses in a row, and the session is over. Your LP will thank you tomorrow.

From the fourth game of a session onwards you win 20%, compared with 43% in the first three. Fatigue is invisible from the inside — play in blocks of three and take a real break.
You take part in 37% of your team's kills; Silver players average 52%. After your first item, look to rotate for dragon, grubs and herald, and keep Teleport for fights rather than for farming.
You spend 10% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.
You average 6.7 CS per minute as Mid — well above the 5.3 typical for Silver. Your gold income is a real edge; convert it by finishing items before objectives spawn.
You typically come out of lane ahead of your opponent. Turn that lead into map pressure: shove, take plates, then move to help another lane while your opponent is stuck.
