You average 4.3 CS per minute as Mid; Gold players average about 5.8. Every 15 CS is roughly a kill worth of gold. Practise last-hitting under tower, shove the wave before recalling, and catch side waves between fights instead of standing in lane doing nothing.
After a loss you win only 33% of the next game, versus 63% after a win. That gap is tilt. Make it a rule: two losses in a row, and the session is over. Your LP will thank you tomorrow.
