You average 3.9 CS per minute as ADC; Gold players average about 5.8. Every 15 CS is roughly a kill worth of gold. Practise last-hitting under tower, shove the wave before recalling, and catch side waves between fights instead of standing in lane doing nothing.
You take part in 36% of your team's kills; Gold players average 53%. After your first item, look to rotate for dragon, grubs and herald, and keep Teleport for fights rather than for farming.
You played 8 different champions in your last 14 games. Consistency comes from mastery: pick two or three champions for your main role and play them until the mechanics are automatic.
You spend 21% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.
8 wins in a row. Keep playing the same champions while it lasts — and stop for the day the moment you lose two.
Vex: 4 wins in 4 games (100%). When you need LP, this is the pick — climbing is easier on a champion you win with than on a "stronger" one you don't.
