You deal 17% of your team's damage to champions as Mid. Carries should be closer to 25%. Stay alive in fights by attacking whatever is closest instead of diving for the backline, and finish damage items before defensive ones.

You spend 12% of your games dead. Late deaths cost a minute each; when a fight is lost, back off and defend rather than adding one more death to it.
