You average 4.2 CS per minute as ADC; Gold players average about 5.8. Every 15 CS is roughly a kill worth of gold. Practise last-hitting under tower, shove the wave before recalling, and catch side waves between fights instead of standing in lane doing nothing.
Your vision score is 0.41 per minute; Gold players average 0.80. Buy a control ward on every recall (75 gold is the cheapest insurance in the game), use your trinket off cooldown and sweep the river before objectives.
